Criminal Background Search Changes - effective April 10, 2006

We will now have to enter both the name and date of birth to search criminal records on OPENOnline.

Only exact matches will appear on the initial screen. Any "name only" or partial matches will be clearly defined and located on a separate report screen.

These changes will only affect Criminal History reports and Statewide Criminal Reports.

Please note: OJIN realtime does NOT require a DOB for a criminal records search. We do have a newsroom account, but arcane search codings require advance training.
