New Firstgov Search Engine

FirstGov now offers a new search utility with both search tips and an advance searching capability.

FirstGov material comes from "various U.S. Government Databases". This metasearch ferrets out material from the open web and from many specialty government databases.

The search results are organized by pertinency and by topic (dynamic clustering). A FirstGov FAQ tab advises the full list of FirstGov subject headings under which your search terms would fall.
