Oregon State Employee Directory

New on the Research Web

The Oregonian obtained the Oregon state employee directory while pursuing a story on the state's government surplus sales program. We ran a spreadsheet of eBay sales against the employee list to see if any state workers were capitalizing in a big way on inside buys. The bad news: We didn't get the story we were looking for.

The good news: We got a cool employee directory that's better than the Web-based search page offered by the state. Searches are quicker and fragments of names often get you where you want to go; the state search page generally requires correct spellings. Happy hunting!
