A re-design of their site is a good excuse to revisit Topix.net on this blog (originally featured on April 4, 2004.)

This is a hugely valuable news aggregator web site that includes more than 7000 sources. A daily or weekly E-Mail Alert service is now available from each page.

TOPIX.NET has added additional local info to its Zip Code pages. Aerial images, TV listings, movie times, etc. are now available as well as the current local headlines and links to local newspapers.

TOPIX.NET is completely searchable.
