Lovelle Svart's video diary

Oregonian news researcher and SLA News Division member Lovelle Svart retired several years ago due to terminal lung cancer.

In June her doctors advised her she's projected to be within six months of dying. Being a journalist - and being that Oregon is the only state in the U.S. to have legalized physician assisted suicide - she is doing a video diary of this last part of her life's journey.

We have posted the first four "interviews" on OregonLive and I wanted to invite you to see it.
