A good starting point is CANLII (Canadian Legal Information Insitute) a meta-search tool for Canadian judgments.

Some court decisions are available free online:

* Federal Court
* Supreme Court of Canada
* British Columbia province level court

Securefact can obtain information for ongoing cases (rather than final judgments. They are based in Toronto but can help you get court records from other jurisdictions.
