Oregon Supreme Court, Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Tax Court cases do not show up in the statewide name index search.

So in addition to searching the statewide name index search DSTWIDX

You also need to search these courts individually:

For Supreme and Appellate cases:
Go to the main OJIN page -
* select 1 / Index Menu
* select 1 / Main Name Index
In the Display Name Index form -
* type lastname firstname
* in Court type enter C (for Appellate) or D (for Oregon Supreme)
* in Court Location enter ORG

For Tax Court cases:
Go to the main OJIN page -
* select 1 / Index Menu
* select 1 / Main Name Index
In the Display Name Index form -
* type lastname firstname
* in Court type enter C
* in Court Location enter TAX
