"Forgot Your OPENonline Password?
It's very easy to reset your OPENonline password in the event you forget your original. At the Log In screen, click the Forgot Your Password link. This link will immediately take you to the Password Reset Request form. Once you have supplied the required information and submitted the form, the OPENonline Customer Support team will email a confirmation for the reset password.

Your new password must begin with a letter and be five to 10 characters in length."
