PACER
Search Tip
This is a reminder that PACER's U.S. Party/Case Index is not comprehsive. "You must check the 'Courts not included' listing to determine which courts' data is and is not being searched and the 'Date Range' report to determine the currency of the data."
When you know the court where a case is filed, it's best to search that court directly.
PACER provides electronic access to many U.S. District, Bankruptcy, and Appellate court records. More recent cases include electronic court documents and exhibits as well as dockets.
Reporters may search PACER directly. See the Research Web for our login and password and a quick training guide.
