Automatic FOIA letter generator

Has created a "fill-in-the-blanks" FOIA letter. Answer a couple of questions, click on the agency name, and hit the create button.

A cover page is issued that provides the agency address, additional contact information, and whether that agency will accept a fax request...along with the fax telephone number.

Click continue and ....voila... a completed letter that encompasses your information in the required format for the agency, ready to print!
