New York adds another victim to World Trade Center toll

Laurie Robinson changed our online style guide's entry on the 9/11 World Trade Center deaths to reflect the addition of Felicia Dunn-Jones.
The official total number of September 11 victims in New York is now 2,750.
The September 11 death toll, not including the hijackers, also includes 184 killed at the Pentagon and 40 killed in Pennsylvania.
