Lexis-Nexis Problems
Seems to be back to its old self.
Nancy Gallenson from Lexis-Nexis posted this notice on Tuesday.
"Yesterday some LexisNexis customers experienced difficulty accessing our services. We have identified and resolved the source of that difficulty, which was related to a product upgrade that went into effect over the weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are taking every step to make certain that customers see only the benefits of our future product upgrades."

The new Nexis interface is having all kinds of problems today including - but not necessarily limited to - login problems, slow searching, incorrect search results, inoperative alerts, and problems with the "finder" service.
It also appears that a software interface the researchers have does work so if you need something right now, email us at $researchers, or call us at ext. 8132.
