Pacer Criminal Filings Go Online
The Virtual Chase reports that beginning Monday, November 1, documents filed in federal criminal lawsuits will be available online.
This is an expansion of the CM/ECF pilot program. Note, this only applies to courts that already have an electronic access system (most courts).
