OpenOnline Training
OpenOnline is offering telephone-based training sessions for both current and new users. Call at 1-800-366-0106 or email at customersupport@openonline.com, to schedule a time for your session.
A customer service specialist will teach you how to use the OPENonline service over the Internet. This training usually takes less than 30 minutes and uses the Web to allow you to view the service in real-time.
Regularly scheduled classes are listed below.
INVESTIGATIONS Training
Tuesday: 1:00- 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:00- 1:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00- 8:00 a.m.
1:00- 2:00 p.m.
Customer Support is available from 5 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday.
