The Census Bureau first offered this in early February.

2004 is the 50th anniversary year for Brown v. Board of Education. The Census Bureau has issued Special Report - Brown v. Board of Education that links to various reports that compare 1954 with 2004. This would be valuable for covering the anniversary individually or as a part of Black History Month.
