On-Screen Product Descriptions

"Now when you move your cursor over the name of a product in the Product Menu a box will appear with that product's description and price. These descriptions provide you with a fast and easy way to determine which products are best for your search."

i.e. Let your cursor hover over California (under Regional Public Records category) and up pops this quick discription, "California Public Records including Bankruptcies, Criminal Index, Corporations, UCCs, and more"
