OpenOnline has a new look!
In case you've not already noticed it, OpenOnline has incorporated their login and permissible purpose screens into one.
Enter your UserID and your Password - remembering to use all caps - and in the adjacent dropdown box select #13 (Other-Non FCRA) as your permissible purpose.
