There are additional FCRA "Permissible Purpose" codes in the dropdown list. Continue to choose "Other" (the bottom-most option).
From recent additions to their databases, compliance coding changes, and to their software; it appears that OpenOnline is in flux. News researchers will post updates as necessary here.
